The fomula in the determination of the mass percent of sugar in the solution is to simple divide the 2.45 g of sugar 200 g of water and then multiple by 100.2.45 / 200 = 0.01225 * 100 = 1.225%The answer to this question is 1.23% of sugar are required in the solution.
