The important argument against the proposed Constitution was that does not guarantee basic rights. So the option "a" is the correct option.The proposed Constitution of the maximum of the powers granted to the central government. This will allow the central government to prosecute a state or a person without any kind of obstacle. This would be they have been very unjust for the state or the individual. The people do not you have the right to oppose the policies of the government, for fear of persecution by the central government. This was the main argument against the proposal of Constitution.
