The united States, the district courts are the common dispute, the courts of the united States federal court system. The district court acts as the court of admiralty, and equity. Both criminal and civil cases registered there. Each national judiciary of the district is approved to have at least one courthouse, and many districts have more than one. The prescribed name of a district court is "the united States District Court" in the name of the district. For example, the united States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
