The condition in which the samples of vomitus, sputum, and serum creatinine should be taken is when there is a suspected internal contamination. It is normal, but for the human body to vomit once the toxins get into the interior of the body, and vomiting is one of the signs that there is internal contamination therefore, the answer is B.
