The correct answer is True.Depending on the speed of cooling of the magma, the size of the crystals is determined. If magma is or=cooling on the surface or in a body of water, cooling will be very fast, resulting in the glass of a much smaller size, often not large enough to be seen with bear eyes. On the other hand, if the magma cools deep in the soil, it cools much slower because of the high temperatures and pressures, which contributes to the creation of more clearly defined mineral crystal forms.
