The Truman Doctrine was the united states offers assistance to countries that were threatened by communism. The Truman Doctrine was created in 1947, President Truman. Truman was the Vice President of the united states during the first World War 2. It was also a World War 1 veteran. The Truman Doctrine, can be interpreted as the opposite as the Treaty of Versailles.
