High Solution hypotonic is a process in which the osmotic pressure tends to force the water to the cell in other to balance the concentration of solutes on both sides of the cell membrane. Therefore, in a solution hypotonic to the total molar concentration of all particles of solute dissolved is less than that of a cell.
