The previous statement is false; the motion of electrons cannot be predicted with accuracy. The electrons moved around the orbit in shells of different energy levels in atoms. Previous research had devised ways of measuring the angular velocity of the electrons and of the means of tracking the movement of the electrons in the atoms, but the motion of these electrons can not be predicted. Move randomly around the nucleus of an atom.
