The the half-life of the material does not increase with the amount of material this. In fact diminishes with time, no matter how large the amount is this. The answer is letter B. For example, if a gram of carbon-20 is subjected to the half-life of the reaction, after 20 seconds, only half of a gram remain, after 40 seconds, a quarter of a gram will be left, and so on.
