Raymond Catell's work, the words of Gordon Allport. Allport proposed that there are 4,500 traits there are for humans. Catell worked to reduce this number. Came to as low as 171 traits. But he reasoned that some traits are synonyms. For example, being loving, warm and pleasant are synonymous with traits. Instead, they are grouped as traits in 16 personalities. These are the following: abstractedness, warmth, apprehension, emotional stability, liveliness, openness to change, perfectionism, privateness, intelligence, awareness of the rule, the tension, sensitivity, social boldness, self-confidence, self-surveillance and the dominanceThrough the sixteen personality factors questionnaire (16pf), we will ask you about your answers and preferences on situational scenarios. Answer through a scale from low to high. You can respond strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. Your answers are calculated through a factor analysis and you can know your personality type.
