It all depends on you. How mature are you? When I was in fifth grade, some of the girls were dating and it was a big topic of gossip. I advise against it, because the longer the relationship is two months, but most barely lasted a week, simply because we were not prepared for it. You can't really go on actual dates and a lot of kids parents don't like the idea of a 10/11 years old for dating. It seems more to be very good friends for most of the children. I would say that a good minimum age is 13/14, due to start to be more mature in middle school and high school.
