In the united states, you must provide the best plan that you can manage for the citizens and for all those who are here legally. It should provide basic emergency care and directions home (with no citizenship through anchor babies) to all those who are here illegally. I know this may sound draconian. The truth is that there is no such thing as FREE health care. It costs something to someone . Who pays for it? Doctors don't donate all your time with people who have coverage-is the coverage plan that pays. There is (or there should be) a limit to what non-citizens should expect to be given without any cost to them? It should be clear that the U.S. economy is not an inexhaustible source of benefits for any person who comes here. I have nothing against immigrants and legal immigration. We are a nation of immigrants. But there are problems with immigration, and that bothers many, many people here.
