The following instructions apply:the Reactions between atoms occur when:1. AN ATOM SEEKS TO FILL THE OUTER LAYER OF ELECTRONS2. AN ATOM SEEKS TO BALANCE ITS POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CHARGES.In general, the chemical reaction occurs because the atoms of the elements are looking for a way to achieve the octet structure, so that hey will be stable. To achieve stability, the atom, in order to fill their outermost shells so that they will have 8 electrons in their valence shells. The chemical reactions can also occur when the charged particles we want to react together and be neutral.
