2 circles are always similar, as the previous comment correctly indicates. The shapes can be proven similar, to establish the perimeter of the circle is a constant distance from the center of both shapes. The circle has a radius of 5, and the graph shows that this radius is constant over the entire shape, which is a circle. The distance from the center to the outer edge of the circle is exactly 5 units for all the points of the curve. The smaller circle has a radius of 2, and the outside of the circle is the same as 2 units of distance of the radius at each point on the outside. To establish that both forms are circles, we can use the fact that all circles are similar to the conclusion that the two forms are similar.
