Yes, I contacted the Better Business Beurau in California and the lady with whom I spoke said that they have complaints against this company. Ask for an initial payment of at least 5% of the amount of the loan to the loan that you offer. If you try to go through this company, Fax the contract 909-825-6246, the Better Business Bureau in California. Be careful, if you go through this company. Seems legit, but it's not. 9/1/10: I had the WORST experience with this company. The customer service was horrible and rude. I made a $500 payment, so you do not get a loan. Then I was told after numerous calls Simon Barr that "the lender" I would like to purchase insurance policy on the loan. I said no, that there is nothing in the contract to offer and requested a full refund as soon as possible. I made complaints to BBB and consumer Affairs state of California. Only the Director, James Whitmore once and was so rude, and I promised that the loan will be processed, another lie of this company. CAUTION!
