The people who make judgments in the lower federal courts are called judges. This is the person who directs and decides on the merit of the actions in the lower spheres. The judges are the people of the high courts of justice, as the Supreme Court. The lawyers are responsible for the defense of the parties involved and the officers of any person with responsibilities in a court of law.
