False. The overload does not refer to the previous statement. It is a principle in the exercise which refers to the amount of increase of the load that is given to the body to inhibit a new stimulus and general adaptations for the activity that is performed. The ideal is an exercise that must contain the proper amount of overhead to generate improvements in the body.
