One of the challenges of the rural poor is that they have a limited access to the social welfare offices. This statement can be considered true. The situation of the rural population is influenced by multiple factors. Significant differences in the access of existing health facilities between the rural and urban areas. The barriers of limited access of the rural population to the social welfare offices are the result of poverty. They are not even provided with the adequate medical care of the facilities. Inadequate public transport and the isolation from the mainstream of the health services limit their access to these offices.
