The answer is more Lightweight traffic across the peak hours. The traffic during peak hours is terrible, especially in the big cities, when millions of vehicles are on the street and everything is locked down and slowed, so it is understandable that no one likes. When driving on the side streets, however, traffic on the big streets is made much more bearable and is much faster, so drivers who use the streets side benefit of being faster and does not address the issue of high traffic, and driving through the bigger venues are easier because there is much less traffic and everything speeds up.
