False, once a person passes the age of 65 years, he or she should NOT stop exercising.Although many older people have a harder time of consuming your energy and moving around, nobody should ever give up on physical activity. It is important and is going to keep your heart healthy and your bones stronger. There are a lot of people who have lived over the age of 100 years, due to continue with the physical activity.
