The reasons that may lead to an incorrect analysis are: 1) The analyst is not qualified. This means that the topic of analysis may or may not be correct. 2) the Use of the wrong tools. Tools such as the statistical tool to interpret the results may not be to the right that leads to error of interpretation. 3) Ignore systematic error. The neglect for the failure, and the assumptions can lead to erroneous results and interpretations.
