The statement that the muscular endurance refers to the maximum amount of force a muscle group can generate is false. Muscular endurance describes the ability of the body to work for a long period of time. The can't perform an action (riding a bicycle, continuous bicep curl, run), the more muscular endurance you have. The maximum amount of force a muscle group can generate is muscle strength.
