The correct answer is b. False.Debris flows occur in steep terrain, not in the flat land where the wetlands are located. Debris flows (mud flows, landslides) represents a fast-moving debris flow that has become totally or partially liquefied due to the addition of large amounts of water in the source material. So we have a situation were the water and earth mix and become one and fast trip downhill in the form of very thick mud of the river, causing a lot of damage in its path.
