The best answer is C. It might cost less to buy a new car instead of a used car, because used cars are more likely to need repairs. The cars are subject to wear and tear. No matter how you take good care of a car, that is really going to depreciate. Used cars require more maintenance so that it requires a lot of repairs by giving the costs of the purchase of a new car.
