The motivation is he wants or needs that direct behavior toward a goal. The motivation is the result of the Latin verb movere, that is to move. The indication of motion is played back in such a common sense of the thoughts about motivation as something that becomes in the company's success, keeps us working and helps us complete responsibilities. It is a theoretical concept used to clarify the behavior that provides the target for the actions of the people, needs and desires, and can also be well defined, as the follow-up to the works, or what the origins of a person that you want to the reappearance of a behavior and vice versa. One reason is what it reminds you of the person to act in a convinced that way or at least develop a sense of specific behavior.
