Is there a student finance helpline where I can inquire about financial aid?

Is there a student finance helpline where I can ask about information concerning financial aid packages? I need to apply for student emergency fund but I don’t quite know the deadlines for application. Are there funding for college students that inform successful applicants? I applied for some funding program but I haven’t received any emails from them yet. I am therefore in pressing need since I have to join college in the next intake. I therefore require to apply for any available student financial aid services or solve issues delaying loan payment from programs that I have already applied.
