Depends on the organization and their willingness to maintain, to forecast, which can take to be proactive), and adapt to the changes. The internal and external environmental factors can have a positive or negative effect on the organization, depending on how the organization manages. Internal factors for the most part are under the control of the organization, while external factors are not. This is the reason for the organization of information resources and analysis resources are so important. Most organizations implement internal and external environmental scans in an effort to understand the changes that are taking place within the two areas.
