Agree, in almost all situations, proven processes should not be changed.If a process is demonstrated that it works and works well, why change it? There are few companies that the processes of change within the organization and implement new ones when the old ones are still working properly. Unless you have a reason to swap out a process for a new option, go with what you know that is going to work.
