You have a plan, of course. The question clearly states that your plan was not to have a plan! so if you planned not having any plan but you planned it that way then you suck at making plans. its better if you don't plan on not having a plan, but saying that you're e not implying that you don't have a plan... if you do, then you're good =] what I think this person is trying to say if you don't understand is that if you don't have a plan, then I don't think that way just think that you live life day to day and is ready to take on the next thing that life throws at you.
