If you are sure that the pulse is felt in that you can try to move the other hand and palpate the neck or the chest. If the pulse in your first hand coincides with the pulse of second hand, it means that the pulse is yours. If the pulse do not coincide, it means that the pulse is Tina's pulse. You can also check other location of the patient's pulse with the other hand and compare if it matches the pulse in the first hand.
