The resistance would be something that could be done for a long time, but not a lot of weight/pressure comes with it. So if you were to run, and I wanted to do it for a while, so that you want low resistance and high repetitions or high resistance and low repetitions? Obviously, you want something more easy so that you can keep a rhythm and do for a longer period of time. My answer would be A.
