If you receive a notice that wages will be garnished for a student loan. What should be done?

If you voluntarily pay more than what you would get from garrison, faster, then, would be one of retention, you can choose to decorate. You may also appeal the the garnishment and attempt to prove that would not cause undue hardship. You would need to provide documentation of all income and expenses. Appeals can be made at any time, but will not stop, however, as pending unless they are received by the loan holder within 30 days of the date on which the garnishment notice was sent .
