Being that the individual is 16, I guess that we are referring to the high school. The courts are not going to help in any way, and I'm not aware ofany government programs that deal with high school funding. Parents can help if they choose to do so, but they are not requiredto by the law. Now that the person is legally emancipated, are fullyresponsible by themselves, and are expected to get the money that ontheir own (or through the consent of the other person).
