D. Gather more evidence.In an essay argumentative, the goal is to convince others agree with your position. For this to happen, your claim must be supported by valid supporting evidence. When you do the research, it is important to understand the counter-argument and the supporting evidence. However, if there is more evidence of support for the opposite side, you need to change the side (which is not an option), or gather more evidence. It may also be helpful to reevaluate the reasons for your opinion. Another reason can be best supported with evidence.
