If there was a federal computer crime against you that has been investigated by the Feds already how long does it take for the DA to assign the case?

Response . \nSome of computer crimes (the general of the person with a computer who does not know what is a crime on the computer and could make one without realizing it), so any didn't know or knew exactly what he was doing, and this is a serious business. It all depends on how serious the federal GOVERNMENT believes that it is and if this is your first offense you may get lucky and hopefully you've learned your lesson. It can take quite some time to process your case, for the DA.\n. \nSince 9/11 people are being more scrutinized for their actions on computers, phones, airports, border crossings, etc, If one believes that they can hide behind a computer and come out with what I feel like thinking again. There are certain "key words" example: the President of ... death ... pump ... of weapons, that set off alarms to their own government. This is not the time to be playing.
