If it is really cold make sure that you have in the clothing. If you have asthma, always have your pump with you. Take breaks as you need so that you do not work yourself to death.Now if it is really hot, avoid wearing black because black attracts the heat, and I know this because I am black. Drink plenty of water and take many breaks they need.
