I am looking for effective motivation techniques that I can use in my everyday life, do you guys know of any?
I’m currently in my sophomore year of college but I’m finding it hard to focus on my subjects everyday. I feel so overwhelmed with all the things that I need to do, and I also feel a lot of pressure from my parents to do well. Right now it seems like I am at zero on the motivation scale and really need a lot of help in terms of my self motivation skills. Do you know of any motivation techniques that can probably help someone like me?
