If you want to get flexible you need to stretch, a lot! You must make the left, right, and middle splits for 1 to 2 minutes every day. Try putting a leg in a larger surface to extend too yoursplits. Keep these for some time also back bends (or bridge),wrists, ankles, neck, and quads. You need to do this in a dailyroutine and that you will be able to obtain flexible. Good luck!The only way to get flexible is to stretch regularly. Regularstretching may improve the circulation of the blood, the dream of the regularity, and theimmune system, as well as to gain flexibility.
