How to be the best version of yourself?
I have had the phrase ‘be the best version of yourself’ numerous times but I have never understood its meaning fully. I am the kind of person who is a different version of herself depending on the situation I am in. For instance, I am not the same person when I am at home ao when I am in the workplace or while hanging out with my friends. How can I tell which version is the best and is it even possible? If it is, how can I improve and which self improvement goals will get me there?
