It all depends on the amount of effort you put in, if youran for 30 minutes a day for 6 weeks, you will see a significantchange in what their legs look like, but you can't make the cargave youmust also the use of the muscle building exercises because when excerciseto much if you start to cut back on your exercise, you will beginto gain of mineral of fat, because your body is not working hard enough to makesure to work only as much as you can handle !
