Have 9 gymnasts and want to make a team of 4. They say that one of the nine is elected; eight are from the left. Take one, then seven, and two more may be chosen. Keep doing this and your team is full. Thus, it is 9*8*7*6 what is the equivalent of 3,024, because the order does not matter.
