Baby girls are sometimes born with a slight protrusion of the breast area caused by the mothers of the levels of estrogen, and that usually disappears after a few days. The "Buds" are so not from birth, both men and women. Generally go unnoticed until puberty, which can occur as early as age 9 or as late as 16, but was first noticed as the first pubic hair or budding breasts. "Buds" are often sensitive as the process begins, and may be sensitive to the clothing of the movements. Before budding, a girl can feel a slight depression behind the nipple, but this dissappears and turns into a lump which protrudes behind the nipple in a peak that stands proud of the breast up to the chest proper is developed around it.
