It begins with a formal introduction like in a letter. So say your clients name is Alicia Chaves (EXAMPLE) and she is a client of your wedding plan business, you might like to formally greet you. Dear Ms. Chaves, Hello my name is ________and I am a Wedding planner Inc. My boss saw the email he sent to her and assigned me to your wedding. I'm more than happy to plan the wedding of your dreams. For our first meeting give me a call at (is NOT a real number) 1(773)-567-8910 and we can talk about our meeting. Thanks, _________ ___________ the Wedding planner That was just an example, but for other associations that you can use the same kind of greeting and get straight to the point. And if there are any type of business if there is a gaurentee on their partnership business, then put your gaurentee there, showing that they are loyal to their customers.
