No, unless you are writing or the design in the computer language. If you are just programming knowledge, knowledge-sharing of the key. You can learn new tricks, gain deeper understato find, and of course the Not-We of their fellow programmers. Learning from mistakes (and avoid them) is the fundamental part of survival. But it is also necessary to dedicate time to try-and-error by yourself, then share their findings and experiences. SHARING is bi-directional, not single directional
