Well, we all have the flexibility. For some, there simply is not much, because they are not able to stretch in certain positions easily, for example. Some people are very flexible. To increase your flexibility, stretching daily. Stretch your arms, legs, you know, your muscles. You can search on google to daily extends. If you stretch every day, you are going to work the muscles and loosen up a little. Most likely it's going to be a little more flexible than before.
