All emails looking touting for jobs should have an introduction, a body and a conclusion. In fact, most of the important emails should be structured like this. Example Dear CPM, I have been working in the food industry for more than 4 years and now looking to branch, my experience and the experience is vast, and I am very interested in bring these skills to JMC. I am very adaptable in terms of roles, but it would be ideal for a production base of paper or the like. I hope that the joint maritime commission has vacancies, and you would be willing to have me for an interview. I look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, John Collins
