Any question that you expected, prepare a response. Then rehearse aloud until it comes out easily and naturally. In this case I suggest: I read "What Color is Your Parachute?" I said that to evaluate my skills, determine the type of work that I was going to be more able to do more and be more happy, and several other factors. His work of opening mesh so well with that review that I knew it was going to be a good match - both for me and your company WARNING: do not try to BS your way through this question. Read "What Color..." and find out the facts in what you have to offer and what you want to do. An expert interviewer could sink you so wrong with a simple "Tell me about what you learned about us and that" if you don't.
