You have to tell them their good points to convince them that you are the right person for the job. So think about the job and what skills you have to do it correctly. . If it is a job organizing people, then you could answer "I'm good at working with people. I encourage them to collaborate on a common task so that it is done quickly and well." . If it is a physical job that you can do with your hands, you might respond, "I am strong and full of energy and I like to come in and get my hands dirty." . If it is a job where you have to look at a problem and coming to a solution that you might say, "I am good at analyzing a situation and see how it could be resolved."
