Hello, what do you think is the best way to getonline votes for a contest? I sent a video request for a jobcontest, which is earned by the top of the votes, and I only have a 7 days leftbefore the date limit (I only found out a couple of days, soI'm late to the game). Since then I posted on Facebook, and askedclose friends to vote and share, and I know that is frowned upon inReddit put the self-promotion of messages, so that only I posted in subredditsthat have to do with contests, but I've only got 57 votes to date, and the top person is almost to 2k. What do you think is the best way to ask for votes? I'm seriously considering to go to myuniversity with a couple of boxes of chocolate to ask people for votes in exchange for candy, but I'm not sure if they would do so, as it is a non-profit non-profit, but for a contest. Also, it would be a lot ofmanual labor which only allow me to get only max ahundred people. The most difficult part of this contest is that the person needs to besigned on Facebook (not posted on your wall when theyvote), but a lot of people who don't want to deal with that extrahassle. Also, it is only one vote per person. What is yoursuggestion?
