The differences in the democracy settle in the elections. In democracy, it is the people of the nation to decide who to choose as official of the government. It is the people that give their vote to someone who believe that they deserve to be in the position and act as a good leader country. For this type of method, there is no one to blame, because each and everyone in the country, has given the opportunity to vote and choose their leader, your person of trust to become their country, to the government officials.
